Terms of Service — RAYFER
These terms govern use of the RAYFER online store and purchases of iPhone cases and accessories, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies. Do not place an order if you do not agree to the applicable terms.
Website use
Use the website lawfully. Fraudulent, illegal, abusive or disruptive activity is prohibited. We may restrict access where justified by misuse or applicable law.
Products, compatibility and prices
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices and availability. Screen settings and lighting may affect perceived colours. Select the correct iPhone model and check the product's stated compatibility. MagSafe, material and protection features apply only where expressly stated for the specific item. Prices use the currency shown at purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping and additional costs are disclosed before purchase. Price changes do not normally affect confirmed orders.
Orders and payments
Provide accurate, complete order information. Order confirmation is not a dispatch notice. We may decline or cancel orders for justified reasons such as manifest errors, unavailable goods, suspected fraud or inability to process payment, subject to applicable law. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund is issued. Payments are processed through the providers available at checkout; RAYFER does not receive complete card details when the provider processes them directly.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Processing and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Estimates may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays and high demand. Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Statutory withdrawal and rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Promotions
Black Friday and other offers apply only during their stated periods and to eligible products under their published conditions. No discount or delivery benefit applies unless expressly offered. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply to promotional purchases.
Changes and errors
We may update or stop offering products and website features. We may correct errors and contact affected customers; confirmed purchases and any legally required cancellation or refund rights are protected.
Intellectual property, third parties and personal information
Website content is protected by applicable law and its rights holders. Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited where not legally permitted. Third-party services and links have their own terms. Personal information is processed under our Privacy Policy. Reviews must be lawful, honest and must not infringe others' rights.
Liability and applicable law
We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. The applicable law and competent courts are determined under the relevant legal rules. Future updates to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights arising from earlier purchases.
